The student will describe an intervention plan to improve the health of the family as a whole and is appropriate to the FNP role. The intervention must be evidence based, reasonable, feasible and sustainable. The paper must be in APA format and approximately 10 to 12 pages in length (not including title and reference page) with at least 5 references (online references must be cited). The paper must be written professionally and at a graduate level and be submitted to the appropriate Blackboard on or before the due date. Component of the Scholarly Intervention Paper should include:
A. Introduction: brief introduction of the problem identified in clinical setting.
B. Literature Review of the Intervention plan: Brief discussion on the literature review of the intervention plan, including evaluation of the quality and strength of the evidence.
C. Description of Intervention Plan:
a. Aim: list purposes for conducting the intervention, specify the benefits of the intervention to include family as a whole.
b. Description: describe the intervention in details to include the resources, time, and costs to implement the intervention, design, sample, setting, dependent/independent variables, instruments.
D. Summary/Conclusion
